overall spacious rooms but misleading online information
The Junior Suite provided generous space and modern decor. Enjoying serene mountain views from my room was a delightful experience. The well-maintained gardens added a tranquil touch to the overall atmosphere.
The online representation of the property didn't match the reality.

The lack of in-room lighting made reading impossible!!! The absence of essential services like room cleaning and real-time communication about outages could really use some attention!!! Moving cars near the pool area disrupted the tranquil atmosphere!!!

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay, always ready to help with local recommendations. I particularly enjoyed the pristine pool, perfect for evening swims under the stars, and my room on the top deck offered stunning sunset views.
Walking to town can be a bit challenging.

The saltwater pool was a highlight of my stay.
I was disappointed upon arrival when I found out that the room I booked was never cleaned during my three-night stay. Additionally, the loud rock music from the bar made it hard to relax in the evenings, even when the bar was empty. To top it off, the lack of communication from the staff about basic amenities left me feeling neglected throughout my visit.

Family-friendly getaway
The kitchen and bar staff were accommodating, even letting us use the kitchen for some late-night snacks after we returned from exploring. Our room was comfortable and perfect for a family, the beds were so soft I could hardly get out of bed in the morning.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but for what we experienced, it was still acceptable.

We had a spacious room with stunning views, and I loved that the pool was pristine for late-night dips. However, the pool temperature was quite chilly, which was disappointing.

my stay was almost good, but then the room was never cleaned during my 3-day stay. how can a hotel make it seem fancy, yet the music at the bar started at 8 am? i thought i deserved a complimentary gesture for all my troubles, but no such luck. disappointed, to say the least.

The spacious room offered stunning views, and the well-maintained gardens provided beautiful spots to relax. While the coffee was a nice touch by the third day, the lack of advertised breakfast was disappointing. The pool was pristine and perfect for evening swims, but the chilliness of the water took away from its enjoyment. Lastly, additional amenities and dining options would greatly improve the overall experience.
